What we store
Confidante by Sisters Society stores your name, email, country, time zone, comfort choices and reminder time; your daily journal (mood, energy, focus, sleep, cycle day, symptoms, notes and plans), goals, brain dumps, saved tiny steps and conversations with our AI helpers. Health consent and marketing consent are recorded separately. We also keep basic welcome and home-screen-tip preferences.
Why we store it
We use your details to run your account, save your journal and progress, apply your comfort choices and keep your chosen reminder time. Phone reminders are not connected yet. Optional marketing consent is only for marketing; saying no does not stop you using your journal. Reset Space choices are not saved.
Health data
Wellbeing and symptom entries are special-category data under GDPR. We only store them with your explicit consent, given at sign-up, separately from any marketing consent.
Who can see it
Your journal entries, goals, brain dumps, tiny steps and AI conversations are private to your account. Administrators cannot read another member’s individual entries or conversations through the app. Community events and published articles are shared with signed-in members; Jemma manages that content. Community booking links open other websites, whose own privacy terms apply. An administrator totals screen is not available yet.
Lovable Cloud provides account and storage services. The hosting and AI providers process information needed to provide their services; this is not end-to-end encrypted storage. We do not sell your journal or use it for marketing.
AI helpers
When you chat with an AI helper, your message and recent messages with that helper are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to produce a reply. Brain Dump sends the text you submit; Task Breaker sends the task or goal you choose. Replies and tiny steps are saved to your account. A blocked-AI status may be stored to prevent repeated unavailable requests. Use these tools only for information you are comfortable sharing with an AI service. Nothing here is medical advice.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your member data while your account remains open. Delete account in Me removes your stored journal entries, goals, brain dumps, helper conversations and tiny steps, your account details and saved preferences. It also removes your blocked-AI status. Service-provider backups and operational logs may remain temporarily under their retention rules; deleting your account is not a promise of instant erasure from every backup.
Your rights
You can update your details, withdraw marketing consent, and delete your account and stored member data from the Me tab. Contact us below to ask about your GDPR rights, including access, correction or withdrawing health consent. The doctor download contains the selected period's focus, energy, sleep, cycle and symptoms, not your complete journal.
